One-year manufacturer's warranty: All repair and shipment costs will be the responsibility of Veridiam. One additional year (total of 2 years): $3,850 All repair costs (including labor and parts) will be borne by Veridiam. Two additional years (total of 3 years): $5,500 All repair costs (including labor and parts) will be borne by Veridiam. Three additional years (total of 4 years): $7,700 All repair costs (including labor and parts) will be borne by Veridiam. Shipping under Veridiam Manufacturer's One-Year Warranty: In the US and Canada: Shipping and Insurance of the instrument to Veridiam are covered by the customer. Veridiam pays return Shipping and Insurance when sending the repaired instrument back to the customer. Outside the US and Canada: Shipping and Insurance of the instrument to and from Veridiam are freight collect and covered by the customer. After Expiration of Veridiam Manufacturer's One-Year Warranty: All repair and shipment costs will be customers' responsibility, as per quotation and authorization number provided by Veridiam. Veridiam arrayers must be returned to Veridiam in the original storage/transportation crate. Digital cameras, laptops, software: Manufacturer's warranty will be available. Please refer to manufacturer's warranty for specific coverage terms. Please retain all receipts for proof of warranty entitlement |
